A: Once you have notification that your order is ready it would be helpful to pickup your order as soon as you can. We have limited space and a lot of orders to fill. You may get a suggested time and date for pickup, this is only to give us time to pick your order. You will get a notification through text or email when your web order is ready. We have limited space so we cannot hold any plant material beyond a day or two maximum as they need to be watered.

Q: Can you take debit or Gift Cards on the online store?
A: Yes, Paypal allows you you use debit card or link directly to your bank account. You need to have a Paypal account for this to work. Gift Cards are only redeemable in store right now. We have a work around; bring your order to us with the gift card. Either print of your shopping cart or write down the item if you can't print and we can process the order in the store. There will be a wait to prepare your order, we will give you a pickup time when you drop it off.
Q: Are you doing contact-less pickups at the store?
A: Yes, when you get to the checkout for your online order, there are three options: by mail, in-town shipping (delivery), and no-contact pickup at the store. There could be about a couple of hours to a day wait (or more) for your order to be processed, and you will receive an email when it is ready.

A: When you get an email saying your order is ready for pickup, just come down to the store at 164 Hamilton River Road. If your order is all dry goods (no plants) it may be be on the table outside depending on the volume of pickups we are processing. You will see directions to go the the side of the store where someone can help you.

A: Check in the ONLINE STORE for current availability. It changes daily along with our inventory. If you call or email us to ask, we will most likely send you a link or refer you to the web store anyway. We'll also post on Facebook sometimes as new items arrive. We aren't doing any pre-orders for these.

Q: What are the Birdhouse Garden Market’s store hours?
A: We are normally open seven days a week in the summer, usually 6 days a week November and January. Please refer to the Store Hours/ Map page for our current hours.

A: Yes, we carry a large selection of bird houses, bird feeders and bird seed in Goose Bay.

A: A map is located on the Store Hours/Map page. We are located across from the RCMP detachment at 164 Hamilton River Road in the 'valley' of Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Labrador.
Q: Does the Birdhouse Garden Market deliver?
A: Yes, we deliver to the town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay. Flower delivery $12.00, other items such as fertilizer start at $15 for delivery.
Q: Does the Birdhouse sell gift certificates?
A: Gift certificates are available in any amount and can be purchased online. They can be mailed to you or to the recipient, or picked up at the store. They do not expire.

Q: Does the Birdhouse sell bulk mulch or compost (by the yard)?
A: The Birdhouse only sells bagged compost, mulch, manure, topsoil and decorative stone. We are looking into bulk soils and mulches for the future. Please let us know if you are interested. We can order bulk mulch for specific orders if requested.
Q: Does the Birdhouse offer design and planting services?
A: Not at this time.
Q: There is something wrong with my plants. It may be an insect or disease. Can you help me figure out what to do?
A: To help us identify the problem, please bring a sample of the damaged plant or insect to the Birdhouse. PLEASE KEEP THE SAMPLE IN A SEALED PLASTIC BAG! Our expert staff will attempt to diagnose the problem and recommend the best solution.
