FRESH AND SILK FLOWERS
We are proud to offer beautiful Fresh Cut Floral Bouquets and Arrangements. We have a number of Vases and Containers to choose from. Come in or call to order.
Silk Floral Arrangements are made by our creative and skilful staff for every occasion. We also have Silk Sympathy Wreaths, Toombstone Saddles and Crosses. You will also find Solar Crosses, Solar Angels and Solar Bibles.
ANNUALS AND PERENNIALS
We grow out of seven greenhouses to provide our customers with cold hardy, quality Outdoor Plants. Visit as early as May and find buldging Hanging Baskets, Patio Planters, Window Boxes, Cell Pacs of Annuals and Pots of Perennials. The end of May, you will find cold hardy Trees and Shrubs.
TROPICAL PLANTS
Indoor Hanging Baskets and Floor Plants are very popular. We also have a great selection of 4" and 6" Plants. If you are looking for a gift or something special for yourself, our staff arranges plants into Dish Gardens. Come in to find a variety of Plastic, Terricotta and Ceramic Pots.
LOCAL HAND MADE ITEMS
Supplying products made by members of our community is an important part of our business. All year 'round you can pick up hand made Gift Cards created by local (c)artists. Find Wooden Trellis and Birdhouses in the spring. Tree Skirts and Stockings are here for Christmas.
LIME, FERILIZER, PESTICIDES AND HERBICIDES
Feeding plants with fertilizer is a necessary aspect of gardening. We carry Plant Food for your lawn, vegetables, flowers and indoor plants.
After considering all other methods of reducing and managing insect and weed pests, we have a supply of Chemical Pesticides and Herbicides to integrate into your plan.
SOIL, MULCH, DECORATIVE STONE
Indoor and outdoor soil is available in 5 litres to 107 litre bags.
Mulch is an excellent way to maintain moisture in the soil and it helps keep weeds down. We have bags of Natural and Gold Cedar Chips, Cedar Bark, Dyed Red and Dyed Black Chips.
White Rock and Red Clay can be picked up by the bag.
SEED
Our very popular Birdhouse blend of Lawn Seed is available in 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg and 25 kg bags.
In time for you to start your own, Seed Packets of Annuals, Perennials, Herbs and Vegetables are brought in from Halifax Seed, Sutton Seed, Ontario Seed and Bishop Seed Companies.
BIRD SEED, FEEDERS AND HOUSES
Thanks to our customers input, we carry Niger Seed, Black Oil Sunflower Seed, Mixed Wild Bird Seed and Suet Cakes.
SEASONAL IMPORTS
Spring - Easter Lilies, Bulb Pans, Azaleas, Mums, Kolanchoe, Cyclamen
Winter - Poinsettias, Amarylis Bulbs and Christmas Cactus. The highest quality of Christmas Trees are imported every year from Nova Scotia. We will accept any special pre-orders for sizes over 9'. Please contact us as soon as possible for the upcoming year.
