Medium-large russeted tubers with dry, white flesh that store well and are suitable for baking and frying. Resistant to hollow heart; moderate resistance to Verticillium wilt, blackspot, and scab.
Dry potatoes on the ground for 2-3 hours after harvesting (if weather is fine) so skin will harden before storage. Store potatoes in a cool, dark place. Ideal storing temperature is between 3-5º C(35-40º F).
